Payments can be made using any of the following methods
1. By Online Payment Gateway system.
2. By Cash, Cheque or Demand Draft that can be deposited into any of our accounts from any city in India.

General information
1. All services will be provided by Chauffeur driven Cars / Coach & Vans only.
2. The mileage and time is determined from garage to garage i.e. the time vehicle leaves our premises for the assignment till it returns back after completing the assignment.
3. The customer has to sign the duty slip, and the same to be handed over to the driver while leaving the transport.
4. The Photographs shown are for illustrative purposes Only.
5. In the event of any breakdown during the service Flybook Tours and Travels shall be responsible to provide the substitute Car / Coach, Van & Tempo Traveller.
6. Guarantee of Prices : Once the services are bought, we guarantee the same prices for your services.

General Information

Payments
1. All quoted prices are net payable to Flybook Tours & Travels.
2. 25% advance payment required via Online payment at the time of booking.
3. The services required In/From Thiruvananthapuram, Kanyakumari & Nagercoil the balance to be paid on arrival. 100 % Advance required for all other cities.
4. The prices charged are for the specified services only, any extra services availed will be charged extra.

Cancellation
1. Cancellation received from more than 15 days prior to arrival -25% of total billing.
2. Cancellation received less than 14 and upto 8 days prior to arrival -50% of total billing.
3. Cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival -100% of total billing.

Refund
In regard to refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.
Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Price Includes
Fuel, All taxes, Inter State Permits, Bata & Parking fees Etc.
During Outstation tours, Interstate Taxes, fuel, overnight charges for the Car / Coach & Van.

Price does not include
Any item not specified above, Any extra services besides the contracted part, Driver Tips, Guide, Entrance fees to monument etc.

Insurance
All vehicles are comprehensively insured, where, the occupants / passengers are fully insured and the claims are settled as per the governing rules in India, through court of law.
